SRCC 2025 AGM, Awards and Dinner Dance on Saturday 24th January 2026 at the Crowne Plaza East Midlands Airport

It’s that time of year again – time to celebrate another great year of racing.

Following the Sports 2000 Championship 2025 season with full grids, close racing and a great club atmosphere, it’s time to celebrate.

As with last year we will have live entertainment from “Madison Avenue UK” 

Dress code: Black tie

This year the venue moves to the Crowne Plaza East Midlands Airport. The new venue will provide better facilities, we will have our own bar adjacent to the event room and we will benefit from reduced ticket prices and room rates compared to recent years.

Tickets cost £60 per person to include a three course evening meal followed by the raffle and awards presentation.

Rooms at the Crowne Plaza cost £89 (single), £99 (double), including breakfast, free onsite overnight parking and wi-fi. Upgraded rooms are available. You can book your rooms using the link below.

Please also note that the discounted rate rooms cannot be guaranteed less than 14 days prior to the event – 10^th January, so remember to book before then to secure the rate.

The AGM will be held at 15.00h on the afternoon of the Dinner Dance.
